The class will be taught through a combination of interactive lectures, video demonstrations, and practical activities. Each week will include a step-by-step recipe video, a lesson on the weekly topic, and opportunities for discussion and questions.

What Is My Teaching Style?
My teaching style is engaging and interactive, aiming to make learning fun and relatable. I use a mix of visual aids, practical demonstrations, and real-life examples to help students understand and apply what they learn.

 How Food Affects Your Brain

Topics Covered: Connection between nutrition and brain function, foods that enhance cognitive function.

Recipe: Berry Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients: Coconut yogurt, mixed berries, granola, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Grocery Store Tour and Healthy Snacking
 Activity: Grocery Store Tour

Objective: Learn how to select healthy items, read labels, and make better food choices.
Focus Areas: Fresh produce, whole grains, and healthier snack options.
Lesson: Smart Snacking Choices

Topics Covered: Identifying healthy snacks, understanding food labels, avoiding processed foods, and choosing nutrient-dense options.

Recipe: Veggie Sticks with Hummus
Ingredients: Carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, bell pepper slices, and hummus.

 Recipe: Strawberry Oatmeal

Ingredients: Oats, almond milk, sliced strawberries, banana, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
