Students should wear moveable athletic-wear in order to fully engage in each activity. They should also have a safe space to practice acro, free of any obstacles. A gymnastics/acro mat, yoga mat, rug, or soft surface should be available for performing tumbling skills. A water bottle is also advised.
While skills in this class are practiced in the safest way possible, parental guidance is necessary, as any sort of physical activity can be dangerous, and could potentially result in injury.
