學生社團內容
Welcome to our online social group for gymnasts, cheerleaders, tumblers, and dancers! This is a place where athletes from all around the world come together to share their love for the sport. Our group is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where athletes can socialize, make new friends, and learn from each other. This group is not an instructional class, but rather a space to share your skills, provide ideas and insights on ways to improve, and gain new skills, all while making new friends! As a member of our group, you can look forward to connecting with fellow athletes who share your passion for gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, or dancing. Here, you can share your achievements, post pictures and videos, and inspire others to reach their goals. You can also expect to complete a new challenge each month centered around tumbling and flexibility! *Remember, it is important that you never attempt a skill you have not mastered, or cannot safely perform independently.* I will be posting new conversation starters within the classroom 3 times per week, as well as engaging in conversation/moderating comments throughout the week. Our group, however, is highly based off of learner led topics, which means that I always take into account athlete-requested topics when posting. Whether you want to discuss new training techniques, share experiences, or talk about competitions, our group is here to support you. I believe that being part of a community is essential to improving your skills and growing as an athlete. We welcome athletes of all levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals, and encourage everyone to contribute their unique perspectives and insights. Join our online social group today and become part of a community of athletes who share your love for the sport!

父母的引導和規範
While we do not learn any skills in this class, are topics and challenges often encourage students to practice tumbling, jumps, or stretches. It is important that any skill the learner chooses to do is one they have already mastered and can perform safely. In addition, learners should be practicing in a safe environment with a soft mat (free of an obstacles), and always with parental supervision.
