I Teach Yoga! I am registered with Yoga Alliance holding a RYTT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher Training) & RCYTT 95 (Registered Children's Yoga Teacher Training). I love to continue to learn as well and am always advancing My Yoga skills. I am also certified as a Mindfulness Coach! I believe learning should be fun! I’m excited to offer a wide range of themed Yoga classes that give opportunities to learn Yoga Asanas (postures/poses) well also honing in on self care and mindfulness. Yoga is a great tool to help with anxiety and help bring peacefulness and self love/ self care into ones life.
Dyslexia Friendly- Journaling prompt in writing is not necessary, expression to the prompt by Doodling a Response is a lot of fun and also relaxing to the mind.
No experience necessary as this class is suitable for beginners. This class is intended to be fun, positive and interactive! We will be moving mindfully throughout each Yoga pose to take care/ precautions to listen to our bodies abilities.

We will be doing a Relaxing Zen Yoga Flow & Stretch at the beginning of class that is focused on feeling calm, relaxed, & zen. We will be moving mindfully to remind ourselves to listen to our bodies as we move through the poses. Knowing what we are capable of and to adjust our yoga poses if necessary to meet each individuals needs or skill sets, by being Mindful of our limits. (All poses are geared towards beginner friendly Yoga). >>A Yoga Mat (space for movement on the yoga mat) & a Water Bottle are recommended.<< >>(Attached Files) please have your child pick one of the Positive Affirmation Mindful Mandala printable colouring pages to have ready before class begins, Gel pens, or pencil crayons/ colouring supplies are also needed<< >>The back blank side of the print out will be used for The Journal prompt part of the class- ability to respond to the Journal prompt in writing is not necessary, expression to the prompt by Doodling a Response is a lot of fun and also relaxing to the mind.
