In this ongoing class, learners will receive 1 on 1 tutoring in order to get a better understanding of yoga, meditation and/or mindfulness.

Details: Depending on student's goal, some homework might be assigned. This homework would usually consist of repeating the practice using the video recording of the class.
Yoga mat makes the yoga practice more comfortable, however it is not required. This class would require an open workout space, where learner has enough space to practice different yoga poses. It is recommended to practice yoga barefoot, no footwear is required. Learners can bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
