This is a movement & meditation class for 9-13 year olds! In this 30 minute experience, you will get to stretch to release energy and calm your mind through meditation & breathing. **Note: If you are looking for a different time for this class, please send me a message!** Class will always begin with the teacher & learners introducing themselves. This is to help you with your self confidence and get comfortable speaking in front of others! There will not be time for a lot of socialization in this class, but we will always begin with introductions. Then, we will do some stretching and yoga moves to calming music for about 13-15 minutes. Afterwards, I will lead you through an 8-10 guided meditation session. This section will teach learners techniques they can use to relax or calm themselves before bed and/or throughout the day. We will wrap up the class with a question of the day to have everyone connect a bit more and practice confidence speaking. As a teacher, I like to have fun and create a space for each student to be themselves. All learners are welcome to ask question during class, but I may not be able to answer them right away to make sure we get through all class material. The direction of each class with be student led based on receptiveness. Examples for Meditation Topics: self confidence, love for others, respect and kindness, having more energy for the day.

Children will learn healthy and safe ways to move their bodies & calm/focus their minds.

Parental Guidance
Please help your learner dress appropriately for the class. Make sure the class is being done in a well ventilated area. Remove any rugs from the area.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
