Class Experience
Children will learn healthy and safe ways to move their bodies & calm/focus their minds.
Registered Nurse Fitness Trainer & Instructor Meditation Practitioner
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please help your learner dress appropriately for the class. Make sure the class is being done in a well ventilated area. Remove any rugs from the area.
