In this Self Paced class we will enjoy the benefits of Mindful Art. We will relax & focus on the present moment, and make a Zen-Doodled Gratitude tree! We will be using our trees in a unique Journaling experience!

Class Experience

Beginner - Intermediate Level
Zen-Doodles are often also referred to as Happy Doodles or Yoga with a pen as it is very relaxing to the mind and good for the mood (Good Vibes). Doodling repetitive patterns helps to calm the mind and create a zen state!

We will Zen-Doodle our tree trunks and branches and create a whimsical design by adding Zen-dangles to the branches to create a more delicate dreamy feel to the trees!

Write words or phrases of things you are Grateful for & Inspired by to the branches to make a Meaningful Mindful Gratitude Tree.

 Print the Attached Tree Silhouettes (Print in Portrait) Choose the one that resonates with you to make a unique one of a kind Zen-Doodled art piece and a uniquely inspiring journalling experience. Learn Oodles of Doodle designs to incorporate into your tree.

I Teach Yoga! I am registered with Yoga Alliance holding a RYTT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher Training) & RCYTT 95 (Registered Children's Yoga Teacher Training). I love to continue to learn as well and am always advancing My Yoga skills. I am also certified as a Mindfulness Coach!  I believe learning should be fun! I’m excited to offer a wide range of themed Yoga classes that give opportunities to learn Yoga Asanas (postures/poses) well also honing in on self care and mindfulness. Yoga is a great tool to help with anxiety and help bring peacefulness and self love/ self care into ones life.

My goal as a Mindfulness coach and Yoga teacher is to help guide you in your journey. Yoga is a journey of the self to the self through the self. Yoga is also a way of life! Yoga isn’t just about yoga poses, It’s about setting intentions, being mindful and enjoying the journey of self expression with a positive outlook on life while creating and nurturing Self-Confidence through cultivating balance, peace, and rest each and every day.
