Learner will be guided through ongoing meditation sessions to cultivate awareness, mental/emotional serenity, as well as self-love & loving kindness granting valuable life/stress management skills for increased relaxation and wellbeing.

Class Experience

Teacher's background is in psychology; in addition she has studied Yoga Psychology, is an experienced Meditator and teaches private students (teenagers and adults), at a counseling center (children, teenagers and adults) and at the  college level (adults) as an elective class.
Continue with mini meditations at home. 
Learner will need a quiet space in the home, free of distractions and unnecessary electronics.  Learner may choose to meditate on a chair or on a cushion on a mat cross legged, what is important is that Learner will be comfortable and steady in the meditative posture.  Learner may want to keep a notebook and pen handy to write down any concepts that resonate with him/her, like a journal.
Informal through class exchange, review and Q&A.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
