Class Experience

Beginner - Intermediate Level
In this Self Paced class we will be Planting Seeds of Kindness and Whispering Wishes of Positivity. This is a Class that is geared towards Positive affirmations and self confidence. The Class theme is based off Dandelions and how some see a weed, while others see wishes of endless possibilities. Just as the Dandelion can be perceived in two lights, we can also change our perspective and realize our truest potential, and the endless positivity within ourselves. The mind is a very powerful tool, changing one’s perspective and mindset to having a positive outlook can make all the difference. 

Dandelions are a symbol of growth, hope and healing. In this class we will be inspired by the beauty behind the Dandelion. Where some may see a weed, others see wishes whispering through the wind. Follow the whispers of your intuition and make your dreams happen, believe in the possibilities within, like the whispers of wishes and dreams in the wind.

Just as whispered wishes flow through the wind, we can create a mindset that is positive and meaningful by writing down or saying/whispering a few positive affirmations each day. It’s a great way to start the day with a positive outlook and a belief in possibilities being endless! Plant seeds of Positivity and Possibilities! Seeds of Kindness and Affirmation! Always believing in your self and your abilities to do amazing things!

The repetitive subtle movements of colouring the mandala enable you to be present in the present moment (Mindfulness). The mind can become free from empty thoughts, and create ease to organize negative thoughts, stress, anxiety, worries, & inner chaos calm down and melt away. 

Positive affirmations help us take care of our minds! Daily positive affirmations help you believe in yourself and what you're capable of achieving. Positive affirmations act as gentle reminders to reinforce a positive self-image and an optimistic outlook toward life. They can remind you of your strength, capability, and reiterate believing in your self to build self-worth. They have the power to change the perspective (the way you see a situation) to provide better coping mechanisms (life skills) within tough situations.

Lesson 1:
Mindful Positive Dandelion Mandala
 Focus on the present moment & colour a Mindful Positive Dandelion Mandala.
The repetitive subtle movements of colouring the Mandala enable you to be present in the present moment (Mindfulness). The mind can become free from empty thoughts, and create ease to organize your thoughts! Stress, anxieties, worries, & inner chaos calms down and melts away. 
Lesson 2:
Bullet Journaling
 Now that we have taken time to ease our Minds with some Mindful Mandala Colouring we can practice some Journaling. We will practice being positive and spreading positive kindness everywhere we go!  Write or doodle a response from the Heart & what comes to mind in the moment!

I Teach Yoga! I am registered with Yoga Alliance holding a RYTT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher Training) & RCYTT 95 (Registered Children's Yoga Teacher Training). I love to continue to learn as well and am always advancing My Yoga skills. I am also certified as a Mindfulness Coach!  I believe learning should be fun! I’m excited to offer a wide range of themed Yoga classes that give opportunities to learn Yoga Asanas (postures/poses) well also honing in on self care and mindfulness. Yoga is a great tool to help with anxiety and help bring peacefulness and self love/ self care into ones life.

My goal as a Mindfulness coach and Yoga teacher is to help guide you in your journey. Yoga is a journey of the self to the self through the self. Yoga is also a way of life! Yoga isn’t just about yoga poses, It’s about setting intentions, being mindful and enjoying the journey of self expression with a positive outlook on life while creating and nurturing Self-Confidence through cultivating balance, peace, and rest each and every day.
