Students will effectively learn how to better prepare for tests to reduce test anxiety; they will learn how to effectively take tests, and they will learn the different techniques to approach true/fast statements and multiple-choice questions. There are many strategies, and some that are known by teachers, that students will be privy to in this course!
Dr. Schmidt has a PhD in Language and Literacy, a Master's degree in Reading, a Bachelor's degree in Elementary/Middle School Education, and an Alternative Education certificate. She has taught developmental education to college freshmen for 12 years. She teaches her students all sorts of learning strategies, including time management techniques, reading enhancement strategies, memory retention strategies, and test-taking tools and strategies. Her students LOVE them, and they have enhanced learning of thousands of her students over the past 12 years.
