In this ongoing class, we will learn about the different types of anxiety, coping mechanisms, and set a plan to tackle big emotions!

US Grade Kindergarten - 12
Beginner Level
This class is taught in English.
Students will learn ways to cope with anxiety, fear, anger, and will improve communication skills. 
I am 8 months away from having my degree in child psychology and development, specializing in social anxiety and mental health. I've already completed all the counseling technique classes and just wrapping up electives at this point. The goal of this class is not to treat or diagnose students but to educate them on what anxiety is and how it can be managed. 
Homework Offered
Students will have journal prompts or exercisses to practice at home each week.
