Developing effective strategies for regulating emotions in challenging situations. Week 3: Building Resilience Cultivating resilience through mindset shifts and positive self-talk. Embracing setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning. Week 4: Self-Compassion and Acceptance Practicing self-compassion as a tool for managing anxiety and reducing self-criticism.
