Class Experience

Facing anxiety or nervousness is something we all go through, especially when dealing with challenges or the pressure to do well. Even though these situations aren't dangerous, our brains can make it feel like they are.

Whether it’s those pre-test jitters or consistent anxious thoughts, it’s okay. Instead of avoiding these feelings, learning to handle them head-on is often the best way to discover your own hidden strengths.

This course is here to help you do just that. We’ll dive into practical tips and strategies for calming down when things get overwhelming. What makes this course really special is the one-on-one experience—everything is designed to fit your unique challenges and strengths.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

Week 1: Anxiety Uncovered
Get to know what anxiety really is and how it shows up in your body and mind.

Week 2: Keeping Cool Under Pressure
Learn how to stay calm and manage stress when the going gets tough.

Week 3: Communication & Boundaries
Discover how to use your words to express your feelings and set healthy boundaries.

Week 4: Mindfulness in Action
Try out mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises that can help you stay centered.
