We will Flow through a Sequence of Yoga Poses that will follow a storyline/theme of our Mermaid Yoga Adventure. This class will help students learn some new yoga poses in a fun way while also improving on balance, core strength, stretching, and strengthening! We will be moving mindfully throughout this class to remind ourselves to listen to our bodies as we move through the poses. Knowing what we are capable of and to adjust our poses if necessary to meet each individuals needs or skill sets, by being Mindful of our limits. (All poses are geared towards beginner friendly Yoga). We will also take time to “Just Breathe” and thank ourselves for coming to the Mat (or Beach) and taking this time for self reflection and feeling gratitude for ourselves. Through this class we will discuss the power of Positive Affirmations and will repeat some positive affirmations at the end of the class in relation with our finding treasure in the sea ( hypothetically, on our Journey) Example: “holding your treasure near and dear to your hearts and remembering how you are as Rare and Unique as the treasure that you have found in the sea (imaginary sea shells, pearls, sand dollars, or maybe magical positive affirmation star fish earrings etc.)” Example of positive affirmations: Repeat after me: >>> I am Unique like this treasure<<< >>>I am rare like a Pearl<<< >>>I am a Treasure to Behold<<< >>>I am Dazzling like a seashell<<< >>> I am Uniquely Amazing, Just as I am<<< After we have completed our Yoga Mermaid Adventure we will use the Vintage Art/Craft of Macrame Knots to create a Jewelry piece to go along with the theme of our Yoga adventure! Create a personalized one of a kind Macrame Treasure that you can cherish, and serves as a reminder that you are a treasure to behold! We will create Micro Macrame knots using 1 mm hemp string, to create Jewelry with intricate & delicate details.

A Mermaids Yoga Adventure
Let your imagination flow as we learn some new Yoga poses in a Mermaid themed Yoga class! We will learn about positive affirmations along the way and build our self-confidence!
課 2:
Macrame Jewelry
Let’s create a unique personalized Macrame Jewelry piece together! We will use 1 mm Hemp string for this project as it will create a delicate & intricate design, while using Macrame knotting techniques to create a beautiful one of a kind design!

No experience necessary as this class is suitable for beginners. This class is intended to be fun, positive and interactive!
We will be moving mindfully throughout each Yoga pose to take care/ precautions to listen to our bodies abilities.

I Teach Yoga! I am registered with Yoga Alliance holding a RYTT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher Training) & RCYTT 95 (Registered Children's Yoga Teacher Training). I love to continue to learn as well and am always advancing My Yoga skills. I am also certified as a Mindfulness Coach! I believe learning should be fun! I’m excited to offer a wide range of themed Yoga classes that give opportunities to learn Yoga Asanas (postures/poses) well also honing in on self care and mindfulness. Yoga is a great tool to help with anxiety and help bring peacefulness and self love/ self care into ones life.
My goal as a Mindfulness coach and Yoga teacher is to help guide you in your journey. Yoga is a journey of the self to the self through the self. Yoga is also a way of life! Yoga isn’t just about yoga poses, It’s about setting intentions, being mindful and enjoying the journey of self expression with a positive outlook on life while creating and nurturing Self-Confidence through cultivating balance, peace, and rest each and every day.
