In this SELF-PACED class, students have the opportunity to sample our Cooking Around the World Series by beginning with one cooking lesson. This course is NOT LIVE, but does include on-going support, a slideshow, a video, and worksheet.

Intermediate - Advanced Level
Calling all Junior chefs! Give your parents a night off in the kitchen and learn how to make fun meals from around the world. In this intermediate to advanced course, we will cover ingredients, basic techniques, nutritional benefits, recipe customization, and storage. Each session includes step-by-step instructions with a video. Learn to feel confident in the kitchen!

Learning Needs
I incorporate a structured, step-by-step approach to instructions, visual aids, and provide a calm teaching environment. Each session includes interactive elements to keep students engaged and frequent check-ins for understanding.
Parental Guidance
During our cooking class, please be aware that using knives to cut ingredients may require parental supervision for younger children. Mixing and stirring should be done on a stable surface to prevent spills. Assistance may also be needed when handling items. Please note potential allergens in our recipes. Substitutes can be used as needed. If you have concerns or need help with ingredient substitutions, please contact me. Supervision is recommended to provide an enjoyable experience. Thank you for ensuring a safe and fun learning environment for our students.
Pre-Requisites
Basic kitchen safety awareness and the ability to follow instructions are beneficial. This class is accessible to intermediate and advanced skill levels.

A complete list of ingredients and supplies will be given upon enrollment.
