At Sweet T’s Baking & Cooking Class, we believe that cooking is an art form. We teach our students to approach cooking & baking with creativity and passion, and to take pride in their work. We believe that cooking & baking should be enjoyable as well as challenging, and we strive to make our classes both fun and educational. In this weekly ongoing class we will bake a sweet or savory dish from scratch to semi scratch each week. Some of the dishes we will be baking: cookies, brownies, muffins, fudge, mini pies, pizza, loaded chili fries, veggie or regular lasagna, breadsticks, pizza pockets, cupcakes, buttercream icing. The list could go on. A list of ingredients and supplies needed will be posted in the classroom 3-4 days in advance so that students may prepare to have their ingredients and supplies for the class. Students will need to have all the supplies ready at the start of class if they plan to participate. Some classes may need some ingredients prepped or measured before class. If students would prefer to watch and refer to video at a later date, that is fine. They just need to be respectful of the students who are participating in class. Since this class is an ongoing drop in class, feel free to come weekly, or once a month, or participate on the weeks you want to try a new dish or a favorite dish. Can’t wait to meet you in your kitchen to bake up the following recipes. NOTE: Some classes may go over 5-10 minutes or end 5-10 minutes early. Some classes you may finish baking off live class. I will give instructions if we don’t finish during class. NOTE: You can help your child but please stay out of the camera view per Outschool policy. Thank you. NOTE: This is an ongoing class. You will continue to be billed every Sunday unless you unsubscribe by Sunday. Class Policy: If class needs to be canceled, students will have the option to be moved to another section, or issued a refund. Refunds are not available for no-show.
