Class experience

US Grade 1 - 3
Week of Feb.
4 - flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, vegetable oil, white vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, very cold water
11 - slider rolls, deli ham slices, cheese slices, Worchester sauce, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, butter, onion powder
18 - butter, oats, flour, baking soda, light brown sugar, salt, jam
25 - ground meat, potatoes, carrots, string beans, onion powder, condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed tomato soup, shredded cheese

Week of March 
3 - ground Italian sausage, Mexican blend cheese, salsa, wonton wrappers, sour cream or guacamole, scallion
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental guidance may be required when the learner is using a knife, the stove, or the oven.
