Important Note: CEFR: all levels This is a completely individualized class for your learner to receive undivided attention and the practices needed to support daily wellness and wellbeing. Based on Learner's needs, a group of poses and breathing techniques will be chosen. Many poses in Yoga are named after animals (like rabbit, butterfly), so Learner will enjoy a fun 'zoo' of poses to release tensions, revitalize and help learner return to feeling well, including a nourishing relaxation...
Learner will need an open space where they can exercise safely and a yoga mat.
Safety First: Learner shall be cleared by his/her Physician to engage in the physical practice of Yoga. By registering Learner in this class, Guardian/Parent(s) acknowledge(s) they understand there are always risks in any physical program, assume(s) all risks, and waive(s) any rights to file any claim against the instructor in regards to Learner's participation in class. Learner should practice on an empty stomach and be properly hydrated before class.
