課堂經歷

This is a super fun healthy yoga get together.
Students will be taught this specific yoga set that has been around for thousands of years.
Super brain yoga is a simple exercise which involves squeezing one’s earlobes with thumb and forefinger in a particular position and squatting following a prescribed breathing technique facing a particular direction. 
Class will start with discussion and training of specific poses and breathing techniques , followed by the practice of the exercise itself.
Fun way to move the body and increase focus.

Parent please be advised, of potential hazards. An open workout space will be needed, proper close-toe shoes . Please be aware that injuries that can occur if not properly supervised .
