Important Notes: Inclusive, heartfelt education; CEFR: all levels; and neurodiverse learners welcome. Class is also available in Spanish. Class begins with a checking-in so practices may be personalized/adapted to the learner's level; continue with a little stretching to help release physical/mental/emotional stressors, a cleansing and relaxing breath practice; followed by a storytime, showing different approaches to being mindful and calm, while enjoying a a special "me-time to re-zenter" as a way to inner harmony, then finishing with a positive and nurturing affirmation about self-kindness and love. This mindfulness inspired class provides a grounding and resting point for your child to unwind, let go of any stressors, and be able to feel their best again reconnecting with their inner peace, while cultivating this inner feeling to strengthen it for a lifetime. Teaching style is kind and inclusive; class is one-on-one to allow for the child to interact as needed/wanted and to receive the individualized attention deserved. No previous experience is needed.
