Beginner - Advanced Level
Join us for some Holiday fun! Stretch and strengthen all your dance muscles. Feel free to decorate your space or wear exercise friendly holiday attire. This class is a workout session that will be focused on the strength and flexibility needs for dancers. Class will start with a warm up and then move into intermediate to advanced core strength, including some Pilates exercises. We will also do a leg series focused on turn out and foot and ankle strength. Class will end with dance focuses stretches. Students will get a full body strength workout session. The teacher for this class has taught and performed dance for over 10 years and has a BA in dance. She is also a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist.

Parental Guidance
Please be sure your learner has plenty of floor space and a mat or soft surface to exercise on. We will warm up together. Please wear atheletic wear and water bottles are always good to have on hand
