Class Experience

This class is a series of private sessions for athletes to work on individual goals related to the learner's sport of choice. Whether you love tennis, soccer, track, basketball, skating or cheer this class can help you reach your goals in your sport.  In the first class your learner will be given a series of challenges related to strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. We will also talk about strengths and weakness in your sport and set some goals. These goals will be focused on the areas that will help you become a better athlete in your sport. 

Course plan:
week 1: assessment, goal setting and  individual program performed and issued a handout for home practice
week 2: review home program, discuss progress and workout together
week 3: workout and advance home program
week 4: Goal review, work out and advance home program and wrap up

This is a highly interactive class.  Discussion and feedback from the learner will be used to progress each exercise. I encourage learners to challenge themselves within a safe and healthy fromework to be the best the can. 
This course is meant for athletes at any level. The content for these classes will be selected to match the needs of the student taking the course. All levels of athletic ability are welcome including those with learning differences.

Please be sure your learner has adequate space to lay on the ground and move around.
