Class Experience
This is a gymnastics class for young kids who want to learn some simply skills. In this class we will cover learning how to forward roll, cartwheel, handstand, and basic balancing skills. This class is structured like a basic gymnastics class in a gym would be, we will start with a warm-up, then some stretching and then we will get right into learn some fun new skills! Students will need an open area and being willing to interact for the entire thirty-five minutes. Absolutely no experience is...

This course is taught by a level 10 gymnast who has been doing gymnastics for 16 years and taught many in-person classes. Make sure that the student has room to move their body and a water bottle if needed.
