Beginner - Advanced Level
  • We create and work toward each students individual goals every session!
Dr. Ashli Gauthier, PT, DPT taught and performed dance for many many years and has a BA in dance. She is a certified Pilates instructor and practices physical therapy. Ashli is also a mom and loves working with dancers from all over the world!

Details: home exercise workouts are issues to students to work on in between sessions. The format is a PDf that has pictures, descriptions and details on how many exercises to do.
Assessment

Details: Students may sign up for an individual session to have an assessment of the physical needs for dance
Please be sure your dancer has floor space, a mat and a water bottle.
They will need to point their camera at their mat on the floor so I can see their whole body
