Class Experience
Beginner - Advanced Level
This class is an ongoing weekly workout session that is focused on the strength and flexibility needs for dancers. You can join or unenroll as needed. Each class starts with a warm up and then we move into core strength and abdominals then a leg series focused on turn out and foot and ankle strength. Throughout the class we incorporate dance focused stretches. Many of the exercises are taken from the Pilates repetoire and all are chosen to support the needs of dancers. Core strength, hip...

Dr. Ashli Gauthier, PT, DPT taught and performed dance for many many years and has a BA in dance. She is a certified Pilates instructor and practices physical therapy. Ashli is also a mom and loves working with dancers from all over the world!

Please be sure your dancer has floor space, a mat and a water bottle. They will need to point their camera at their mat on the floor so I can see their whole body
