  • 1. Perform a routine of strength and stretching for posture 2. Have fun exercising in a small group 3. Learn the basics of Pilates
The instructor for this class is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience teaching dance and Pilates.  
Mat and water bottle
Please be sure learners have ample floor space to exercise. Mats are best, carpet and towels will work also.
