Class experience
We will discuss feeling and emotions How we feel when we feel sad, scared, happy, glad and what makes us feel this way. I will ask students to express emotions through words, facial and body expression. Students will be shown ways that yoga can used to express these emotions. Breathing exercises will also be incorporated. One called the Sigh Breath, I use in my classes to help the children calm down and connect to their emotions: This will be a fun interactive class.
