Class Experience

Journaling can be an outlet for kids to explore and express all the emotions bubbling inside them
It may also be a powerful learning tool, facilitating reflection, critical thought and improving writing skills.  
Learners will be prompted  with statements or a subject to get them thinking about things they are grateful for.
We will use games and songs to enhance the class..
For example, the gratitude alphabet. They have to write someone down for every letter. 
They will be taught the benefits of journaling and gratitude.
Class will end with sharing and discussing the experience.

A tablet or journal and pencil.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
