Class Experience

In this class students will learn the benefits of meditation and positive affirmations.
Each student can choose their own affirmation. (Repeating a word or short sentence over and over ) 
The class will start with a brief discussion on the subject.
We will do breathing exercises together before the meditation.
Totally an interactive class, we will all meditate together.
Kids will spends 20 minutes doing meditation using the affirmations.
An example of positive affirmations are as follows
I am loved.
I listen to my heart.
I am safe.

Beginners welcome.
