Class Experience
This class will be chock full of fun and interaction. Kids will learn how yoga can build and tone your muscles, move your body to the music. We will start with the basic yoga poses and add them on as learners are ready. I will teach how young ones can increase your muscle strength, and help build strong bones and keep your body flexible. In this class, I will focus on mostly balancing postures, which include, tree pose, Warrior three, eagle, and many more. Class will end with a meditation to...
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parent please be advised of potential hazards. Supervision is advised. An open workout space will be needed, non slip surface and adequate water.
