I am a certified mindfulness instructor with over seven years of experience teaching mindfulness techniques to teens and kids in schools and online via Zoom. My expertise lies in helping young learners manage strong emotions, build resilience, and cultivate self-compassion, empowering them to navigate life with greater ease and confidence.

In addition to working with youth, I have over a decade of experience supporting parents and professionals in my private practice. I guide them in reducing stress, achieving balance, and enhancing overall well-being through mindfulness-based practices.
