課堂經歷
Children will be taught mindful movement yoga activities. Children will be taught techniques to enhance their social-emotional well-being by focusing on their feelings, breathing, and coordination. Each class will integrate yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises to promote self-awareness, relaxation, and emotional regulation. Some topics that will be covered will include: 1. - Students will gain a foundational understanding of yoga poses. Students will be able to understand their social-emotional development and well-being. Students will gain an understanding of how to improve their balance and coordination. Students will be able to share their increased imagination and improved creativity with family. Students will be able to practice what they have learned outside of class with family.
Trained early childhood educator with a M. Ed. for Early Childhood Education. Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with 200-hours of yoga teacher training.
Yoga mat and/or towel.
As this is a yoga class children will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle, and adequate stretching beforehand. Children need to be properly supervised during class to prevent injury.
