Students will use a hundred's chart to practice skip counting by 2, 5, and 10. They will use colors to help code their chart to make skip counting easier and to help identify patterns in the numbers.

During this class students use visual aids to learn to skip count by 2, 5, and 10. These skills are useful for addition and multiplication. Each student will need to print 4 copies of the hundreds chart for class. Students will visually see how we can count by 2, 5, & 10. Students will use crayons, markers, or colored pencils to shade in numbers to help visualize the patterns of skip-counting.
