A note about refunds for tutoring:

I follow Outschool’s policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and reschedules. Families can cancel and reschedule future meeting dates from the list of upcoming meetings. Please note:
✅ Families receive a refund for the meeting(s) they cancel within 24 hours of auto-renewal.
✅ Families can reschedule up to 48 hours before the meeting.
✅ When cancelling, you will see refund eligibility and can choose to cancel one meeting or all future meetings in the recurring schedule.
✅Families will continue to have access to the classroom after cancelling all future meetings.
Refunds and reschedules will only be provided if they are within these timelines.

✅If your learner has not joined the meeting 10 minutes after the class’s start time, the meeting may be canceled at the teacher’s discretion. This is considered a missed meeting and you are not entitled to a refund.

✅If your learner’s meeting time changes because of daylight saving time starting or ending for several world regions, you are not entitled to a refund if they’re unable to attend. Please review your learner’s schedule ahead of time to ensure you know when classes are meeting.
