In this individualized course students will learn violin technique and repertoire in accordance to their skill level and experience. I will focus on establishing a good foundation at the beginning, using the Suzuki repertoire to develop technical and musical skills. Later we will work on various studies and larger scale works personalized to the student's specific needs and interests. Students will learn to play the violin in tune with a beautiful sound that supports their musical ideas and expression.
Consistent practice is expected for progress to be made. At least 30 minutes of daily focused practice most days of the week is recommended.
