Everyone is impacted by stress! A little bit of stress can help us focus and keeps life interesting. Too much stress can set off our 'fight/flight' responses and get in the way of living our best life. In this one-time class, students consider how stress shows up in their minds and bodies and learn simple mindfulness exercises they can use in the moment when things get tough. My teaching style includes an slide presentation, class discussion, case studies, and time to practice 3 mindfulness...
