We'll learn to: create a calm point of focus take a quiet minute make a feeling box Celebrate our wins & more We'll talk about 6 different ways to give to ourselves which include: Vision Board Movement Meditation Mind Map & more And we'll go into the details of each to create a few powerful habits that we can rely on when we’re met with a challenge. Let’s learn to take ourselves from, “I made a mistake. I have no idea how to take care of this!," to “I think I’ll write down all the ideas I have.,” to “I know what to do next.” How do we take a problem and find a solution? How do we allow life challenges to lead us into stillness, reflection and then action. In our class we breakdown some challenging situations and discuss ways to take care of them. We each meet emotional challenges that can stunt our momentum; the task is to feel the feelings, receive support and continue to grow with more trust in our abilities. Be your own best friend.
