Mindfulness and meditation are excellent tools that can help your kid/teen feel better. In this ongoing 1 on 1 class learners will be guided to mindfulness and meditation techniques.

Class Experience

  • -Students will learn Mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques. -Students will experience and feel the benefits of the practice -Students will develop techniques to help their self regulation -Students will learn and develop techniques to be focused
I am a certified Mindfulness Instructor and a Life and Leadership Coach with a masters in Neuropsychology. I have experienced the benefits of Mindfulness and meditation myself and in my clients, and I love sharing it along with my students.

Details: Optional Homework will be decided during the session according to the student needs or goals.
- Quiet space to do the practice free of distractions
