In this 30-minute workshop, young children will learn the essential concepts of emotional resilience and coping strategies. The class will cover topics such as recognizing and naming different feelings, understanding the importance of emotional resilience, and discovering practical coping techniques to manage challenging situations. Students will engage in activities that promote self-awareness and self-regulation, laying a strong foundation for emotional well-being.

My teaching style is interactive and hands-on, designed to keep young learners engaged and motivated. The class will include a mix of storytelling, games, and guided discussions that encourage participation and connection among the students. I will use visual aids and simple, relatable examples to explain key concepts, ensuring that the material is accessible and easy to understand.
