Parental Guidance
While this class primarily focuses on mental exercises with minimal physical movement, there will be some light, dance-inspired activities. To ensure a safe environment, please provide:
A small, open space free of obstacles for limited movement.
Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
Proper footwear to prevent slipping.
Although the movements are gentle, it's advisable for students to have a water bottle nearby and to perform light stretching beforehand to prevent any discomfort. Parental supervision is recommended to ensure safety during these activities.

My teaching experience spans two years at an elementary school in Spain, alongside teaching dance across various U.S. states and to a global student base online.
