The session will be structured as a one-on-one coaching experience, allowing for personalized attention and a tailored approach. It will begin with an initial discussion to assess the learner’s current thoughts and aspirations, followed by guided activities to identify strengths and set goals. I will utilize a coaching style that is supportive and encouraging, fostering an open dialogue where learners feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and questions.
