Class Experience

US Grade Preschool - 1
Beginner Level
In this 30-minute live class series, learners will build essential kindergarten readiness skills through fun, interactive activities. Each class will focus on different topics, including social-emotional growth, polite communication, self-regulation, and responsibility. Children will practice tasks like saying goodbye to parents, sharing with friends, expressing emotions, following routines, and taking responsibility for their belongings.

What will be taught?
Social skills (taking turns, sharing, polite phrases)
Emotional regulation (calming strategies, expressing feelings)
Routines and self-care (following daily routines, taking care of personal items)
Independence and resilience (trying new activities, asking for help)

I use an interactive, hands-on teaching style with lots of opportunities for engagement. Through role-play, storytelling, and fun games, learners will actively participate in their learning. I aim to create a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels comfortable trying new things.

Students will have many chances to interact with me and their peers through:

Discussion & Q&A: We’ll chat about the lesson topic and children will be encouraged to share their thoughts.
Role-Playing: Learners will practice social skills in fun, low-pressure scenarios.
Games & Activities: Interactive games will reinforce the lessons while keeping things playful and engaging.
I will provide gentle, positive guidance throughout to support learners as they practice and develop their skills.
Learning Goals
Use polite phrases like "please," "thank you," and "excuse me," and practice sharing, taking turns, and working peacefully with peers.
Identify and express their feelings using simple emotion words, and apply calming strategies when upset (like deep breathing).
