Class Experience

During the teen phase of life, teens are experiencing a lot more up-and-down emotions that they aren't prepared to handle. In this class, I will teach different tools to help manage the intense emotions of anger, sadness, and anxiety. We will also discuss emotions such as jealousy, feeling left out, confusion, guilt, and shame. In each meeting, we will practice accepting emotions, learning from emotions, and managing emotions so that they can take charge of their own emotional well-being.
Tools that will be taught include: writing out emotions, meditation, HeartMath techniques, using creativity to work through emotions, and more.

***This class is not therapy by any means.
