We are excited to invite your teen to join our Flex Class on Sports Nutrition for Teens. This 4-week course is perfect for learners who prefer the flexibility of studying at their own pace without live classes. However, it is important to note that we do not offer medical nutrition advice.
Throughout the course, our goal is to provide valuable information and education on sports nutrition for teens. We will cover various topics such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, hydration, and the ATP system, among others. Our aim is to equip your teen with the knowledge and skills to make informed food choices and develop healthy eating habits.
It is important to emphasize that while we provide valuable information, this class should not replace professional medical advice or personalized nutrition plans. Our instructor will be available to answer any questions your teen may have but cannot provide medical nutrition advice.
