Welcome to "Fueling Performance: Sports Nutrition Essentials for Teen Athletes"! We employ a blend of  Canva presentations, in-class discussions, practical exercises, and weekly handouts accessible via Google Drive. Learners will engage in interactive activities, analyze case studies, and discuss real-world applications of sports nutrition principles. This interactive approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of the material and practical application in sports and daily life.
