Discover why adding spices & herbs to cooking does more for the body than bringing flavor to a dish. Spices & herbs are packed with essential vitamins, minerals & antioxidants that bodies need to stay healthy. We will discuss 7 commonly used cooking herbs & spices: Rosemary, Parsley, Cinnamon, Garlic, Cilantro, Turmeric & Ginger.
