Students will learning techniques on how to manage stress and what to do to minimize its effects.  
Over the years of working with teenagers at various clubs and schools, I have taught and given several 7-8 week-long workshops to young men ages 10-14 and 14-17 on self-esteem, what their emotions may be doing, as well as what it means to take their mental health seriously.
