Students can expect to learn how to manage stress as they navigate their teenage years. 
Students will learn what causes stress and ways to minimize it
Students will also participate in exercises where they will listen to scenarios and decide what is the best course of action depending on each situation. 
Students will also be provided with tips on how to manage their emotions when they become stressed or overwhelmed.
This class does not substitute for therapy with a licensed professional. This course provides tips and feedback
