Athletes will experience a sport performance - specific guided meditation, customized to their sport and individual needs. Meditation can, among other things, increase mindfulness, calm nerves, and improve focus and concentration. Through their guided meditation, athletes will learn a combination of visualization, breathing and sensory-engaging techniques to help them prepare their upcoming sporting event. These techniques can be applied to other areas of life as well, whenever they need calm or focus or connection.

Learners will need to complete and submit the questionnaire to me several days prior to the session. I will give each student a summary of their meditation and key focal points within a few hours after class.
