Class Experience

Students who love Sonic will love spending 20 minutes getting their wiggles out, and doing Sonic moves together. I play music from the Sonic soundtracks while showing pictures of Sonic and his friends running, jumping, spinning, etc... and then we do the moves together! Students will get a chance to chat about all things Sonic in between moves while we catch our breath! This is a great class to take before starting academic school work in the morning, or as a break in between assignments. For...

Please make sure students have comfortable clothes, water, and room to move!
