Class Outline: (Example) Introduction (5 minutes) Welcome students and introduce the class objectives. Briefly explain the benefits of using resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and cardio for overall fitness. - Develop Functional Strength: Students will learn to effectively use resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to build muscle strength and endurance, enhancing their overall physical fitness.
- Improve Cardiovascular Fitness: Through interval training and cardio exercises, students will improve their cardiovascular health, stamina, and agility.
- Master Proper Exercise Form: Students will understand and demonstrate correct form and technique for resistance band exercises, bodyweight movements, and cardio activities to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness.
