We will begin with a proper Stretch Routine and teach you what muscles are being stretched. We will then do a warmup for endurance, balance, agility. We will also do a different fun activity each week, such as Hula Hoop, Jump Rope, some Yoga. Equipment for this class is not required. The workout portion can be done without equipment. We can improvise equipment if it is not handy for you with what you may have around the house. Parents should know students will work up a sweat and thirst during stretch/workouts. Open space should be available Towel and Water Bottle should be available.
